Took a silver necklace with a broken clasp in to be sauntered together. They were super reasonably priced and had a pretty quick turn around. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely use them for jewelry repair services again.

Love Love! This place very friendly & Helpful Love how they treated my baby very gentle & owner was very diligent when my baby was getting her ears pierced i totally recommended for babies & the most beautiful earrings too will keep going back! Beautiful pieces ❤️

I went to a jeweler in Aptos to have a watch battery replaced and was told they didn’t service the brand(Tag Heuer) and they referred me to John’s. Big mistake. I will never go anywhere else and I’m telling all my friends what great friendly service they provide. The same jeweler in Aptos told me it was going to cost $3200.00 to repair a ring and John’s did it for $245.! Honest quality work!

My son discovered John’s Jewelers last year and had some custom jewelry made much to his satisfaction. I returned with various old pieces of jewelry that needed repair and a watch that hadn’t been worn in 20 years. They replaced missing stones, restrung an old necklace and made everything like new again, all at a reasonable price. The service is friendly and efficient with a quick turnaround time too. John’s Jewelers is a real gem.

I brought in a radiant diamond for a custom pinky ring and specifically wanted Continuum silver for its durability and tarnish resistance. ​Cindy and Jazmin were a pleasure to work with. They sourced several mountings for me to inspect and handled the customization of adding extra metal to the shank/under-gallery for a heavier, premium feel. ​Turnaround: ~3 weeks ​Service: 10/10 (Expertly handled the Stuller custom order) ​Value: Very fair, even with rising metal costs. ​Extremely happy with the final result.
